Our Founders. Our Team. Our Mission. Our Momentum
Dmytro Grybeniuk is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and AI researcher with a background in social work and psychology. Over the past decade, he has built tech products that combine behavioral insights with real-world utility, from B2B platforms and mobile apps to predictive AI systems. Today, his focus is on applying these skills to medical AI, where technology can directly support people’s health and well-being.
Dmytro began his entrepreneurial path in 2011, at the age of 24, by founding his first IT company, Re-Bit, focused on web development for Ukrainian businesses. That same year, he launched a design studio, YEAH Garage, followed by a game studio, UGG Studio, in 2016. In 2017, Dmytro united these ventures under Woop Agency, where he led a team of over 25 people in delivering large-scale B2B products to international clients across the healthcare, education, and government sectors. His early work was already characterized by human-centered design, combining practical software solutions with intuitive and accessible interfaces.
By 2020, he had become one of the early adopters of TensorFlow and PyTorch, exploring how algorithmic prediction could model online behavior. This technical evolution led to his 2021 role at HYS Enterprise as an iOS engineer, contributing to the development of MOB.ID, which is a decentralized digital identity platform powered by blockchain, OCR, NFC chip reading, and liveness detection.
In late 2021, Dmytro began building predictive machine learning models with co-founder Oleg Ivchenko. Originally a side research project focused on the pharmaceutical sector, the initiative soon evolved into https://flaidata.com/, an AI platform designed to forecast cultural trends. TikTok, with its chaotic algorithmic dynamics, has become the ideal environment for testing behavioral prediction models. Week by week, the team refined their approach, combining time-series decomposition, correlation-based feature selection, and explainable ensemble models into a system that could predict viral trends with over 70% accuracy.
By 2022, Flai had gained traction and attracted international investment. It has since been used by major music labels, including Sony Music, Warner, and Universal, to identify rising creators before they trend. The platform was featured at Web Summit Lisbon and reviewed by over eight major Ukrainian media outlets.
In 2024, Dmytro co-founded Gromus.ai, alongside famed music producer Yuriy Nikitin (Verka Serduchka, KAZKA), with the mission of empowering independent musicians through AI tools. That same year, he shifted his primary focus to MedAI, applying his expertise to the healthcare sector. His current project is the AI Radiology Auditor. This tool supports doctors by analyzing medical images, detecting diagnostic gaps, and offering real-time second opinions, especially critical in wartime Ukraine, where medical resources are limited.
Today, Dmytro combines deep domain knowledge in human behavior with hands-on experience in product engineering and applied AI. With over 11,000 verified users across platforms, global partnerships, and a clear trajectory from social understanding to technical innovation, he continues to build technologies that serve people.
As of 2025, he is actively working in the MedAI field as both an AI researcher and entrepreneur.
